Is your packaging discreet?

Absolutely. Your privacy is our number one priority. All orders are shipped in plain brown boxes or generic padded mailers with no external branding, logos, or mentions of the contents. The return address is listed under a generic fulfillment name, not our brand name.

What will the charge on my credit card statement look like?

We guarantee discretion. The charge on your statement will appear under a neutral and generic business name (e.g., "Global Web Services" or "YBN Commerce"), not our brand name. There will be no indication of the nature of your purchase.

Is my personal information kept private?

Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times depend on your location. For products listed in our regional warehouses, the timelines are as follows:

  • USA & Canada: Typically 3-7 business days.
  • UK & European Union: Typically 3-7 business days.
  • Rest of World: Typically 10-20 business days, subject to customs clearance.

How can I track my order?

Products & Usage

What are your toys made of? Are they body-safe?

We are committed to your safety. The vast majority of our products are made from premium, body-safe materials like platinum-cured silicone, non-porous TPE, borosilicate glass, and stainless steel. We do not sell products made from unsafe, porous materials like jelly or PVC. Please see individual product pages for specific material information.

How do I clean and care for my toys?

Proper care extends the life of your toys. For most products, wash with warm water and a specialized toy cleaner before and after each use. For TPE dolls and masturbators, a renewing powder may be needed to maintain the skin texture. Always read the specific care instructions included with your product.

What's the difference between water-based and silicone-based lube?

Water-based lube is the universal choice—it's safe for all toys (including silicone) and condoms, and cleans up easily. Silicone-based lube is longer-lasting and waterproof, but should NOT be used with silicone toys as it can degrade the material over time.

Ordering & Billing

What is your return policy?

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we can only accept returns for items that are unopened and in their original, factory-sealed packaging within 30 days of purchase. If you believe your product is defective upon arrival, please contact our customer service team within 72 hours of delivery to resolve the issue.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders very quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we are unable to make any changes.
