Order Cancellation Policy
For Sex Toys:
We aim to ship most toy orders the same day they’re placed. Because of this, cancellations are not available after order confirmation. However, you can still take advantage of our 90-day return window for a full refund after receiving your order.
For Custom Sex Dolls:

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

To request a cancellation, email support@sexlovdolls.com with your order number, name, and email.

A 20% processing fee applies to all cancellations, with 80% of the order total refunded.

No cancellations will be accepted after the 24-hour window due to the start of the production process.
Order Modifications
Before placing your order, please review it carefully.

Changes can be made within 12 hours of placing the order.

A modification fee of $79.00 applies.

No changes can be made after 12 hours, as production will have started.
Missing Items in Shipment
Your order may arrive in multiple packages. For example, if you’ve ordered both a sex doll and accessories like a cleaning kit, they may be shipped separately.
If your items arrive at different times or need to be picked up:

Damaged Items or Incorrect Orders
We take product quality seriously. Every item is inspected, tested, and photographed before leaving our warehouse to ensure top-tier quality.
